When shopping at Incredible Glasses you can always change your mind. You can decide to return any product purchased on Incredibleglasses.com within 14 days of receipt of shipment, you will be only responsible for paying for the cost of shipping back the product.

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Pack item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the product – make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
  2. Call our Customer Service (+39 043746036) that will create the Return Label & Authorization for you or write an email at info@increidbleglasses.com
  3. Say that want “return” your product.

 

Refunds and replacements

You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). Refunds normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt.

If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the faulty product has been received and processed at our warehouse.

We only accept returns on items purchased from IncredibleGlasses.com, customized frames included. Items purchased from Authorized Incredible Glasses must be returned to the place of purchase.

All refunds will doing via the original payment method.
